摘要
目的 : 观察甘氨酰谷氨酰胺 (Gly Gln)二肽对猪自体移植小肠组织结构的作用。 方法 :杂种猪 10只 ,行自体小肠移植 ,术后随机分为两组 ,标准TPN组 (STPN组 ,n =5 ) ,接受标准TPN支持 2 8天 ;Gly Gln二肽组(GTPN组 ,n =5 ) ,接受含Gly Gln的TPN支持 2 8天。术前 (POD0 )及术后 2 8天 (POD2 8)测定肠粘膜谷氨酰胺(Gln)、蛋白质、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)活性 ,肠粘膜图像分析和超微结构观察。 结果 :术后 2 8天 ,GTPN组 :移植小肠Gln、蛋白质、GSH PX活性、肠绒毛高度、绒毛表面积和粘膜厚度显著高于STPN组 ,肠粘膜超微结构显著优于STPN组。结论 :应用Gly Gln二肽能够显著改善猪自体移植小肠组织结构。
Objectives:To observe the effect of glycyl glutamine(Gly Gln)?dipeptide on the structure of autotransplanted small bowel in pig. Methods:Ten unbred pigs underwent small bowel autotransplantation and were divided randomly into two groups:GTPN and STPN.In STPN group(n=5),the pigs received isonitrogenous and isocaloric standard TPN for 28 days,while in GTPN group(n=5),the pigs received TPN supplemented with Gly Gln for 28 days.The concentrations of mucosal Gln and protein,the activity of mucosal GSH PX,and the mucosal image cytometry were measured to reflect intestinal structure on the operative day and 28th postoperative day. Results:mucosal Gln and protein,villous height,mucosal depth,villous surface area and activity of mucosal GSH PX were significantly higher in GTPN group than those in STPN group (P<0.05)on the 28th postoperative day.The mucosal ultrastructure was significantly better in GTPN group than that in STPN group. Conclusions:Glycy glutamine dipeptide can improve the structure of autotransplanted small intestine in pig.
