摘要
为探索腰椎间盘突出症治疗方法选择的客观依据。通过对临床 6项观察指标的评分分级 ,确定不同的治疗方法 ,并在临床2 32例该病患者中进行验证。根据临床评分分级情况 , 、 级患者采用保守治疗 , 、 级患者采用保守配合手术治疗 ,其治疗优良率分别为 94.44 %、92 .86 %、92 .31%、85 .0 0 %。表明 ,本文报告的腰椎间盘突出症的临床评分分级方法是一种有效、可行的方法 ,对该病治疗方法的选择可以提供较为客观的依据。
In order to explore the objective basis of selecting therapeutic method in the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,score up six clinical observation indexes of 2 32 patients to grade them,then carry out and verify different therapeutic methods in patients.According to clinical grading method,apply conservative treatment to the patients in grade 、 and conservative treatment with operation to the patients in grade 、 .The excellent- good rates reached 94 .4 4 % ,92 .86% ,92 .31% ,85.0 0 % respectively.The results showed that clinical grading for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was a effective and feasible method,which provided objective basis for selecting therapeutic method of this disease.
