A software package for automatically deriving analytical expressions of the third order aberration coefficients is developed, and its inference rules and executing procedure are discussed in detail. Taking electromagnetic round lens and electrostatic multipole lens as examples, the analytical expressions of the third order aberration coefficients yielded by computer are given to show the practical application of the software package.
