摘要
本文研究了轻水堆核燃料循环流程。对从1989到2004年17年间运行5GW(e)动力堆所需的总运行费用进行了优化计算。为了考察后处理价格,钚价格以及不同的后处理方式对总运行费用的影响,计算了数种方案,计算表明,当后处理价格高达1100美元/千克时,后处理可以不进行而直接贮存,因为这种情况下后处理所需的总运行费比直接贮存高,根据17年总运行费优化计算的结果,废燃料分批、及时后处理比贮存集中后处理要便宜,最多可节省总数约10~8美元左右。
In this paper a flowsheet of LWR nuclear fuel cycle is suggested and optimization of total fuel cycle cost for five GW(e)LWR's during 17 years of operation is studied.In order to examine the effect of reprocessing price, plutonium price and different arrangement of spent fuel reprocessing on total fuel cycle cost, several programs are used for the calculation.It is shown that when the reprocessing prics is higher than $ 1100/kg the spent fuel is more economically to be disposed directly in stead of reprocessing.According to optimization calculation for 17 years of operation the total fuel cycle cost for timely reprocessing condition is much cheeper.The saving is about $ 10~8.
