中西医结合治疗原发性视网膜色素变性疗效探讨(附25例报告)

A COMBINED THERAPY OF CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE TREATING PRIMARY DIGMENTARY DEGENERATION OF RETINA

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗视网膜色素变性的临床疗效。方法 :对视网膜色素变性患者 2 5例 ( 5 0只眼 )行手术治疗 ,术后应用复明方及肾俞注射VitB1或眼明 ,并对治疗前后的视力、视野、闪光视网膜电图检查结果进行比较。结果 :5 0只眼中有 39只眼 ( 78% )的视功能得到改善 ,闪光视网膜电图为熄灭型的 40只眼治疗后有 2 8只眼有微型B波。结论 :中西医结合治疗对早。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate curative effect of combined therapy of chinese and western medicine treating primary pigmentary degeneration of retina. METHOD:Oral administration of chinese medicine Fuming Fomula and injection of Vitamine B 1 or Yanming on Shengyu Point were conducted on 25 patients (50 eyes)with primary retinal pigmentary degeneration postoperatively.A comparation of vision,visual field and flashing electroretinogram(ETG)was made before and after the therapy.RESULTS:Of 50 eyes,37 eyes(78%)had improved visual function.Of 40 eyes presenting dark type in ETG test, 25 eyes were detected wave b after the therapy. CONCLUSION:Combined therapy of chinese and western medicine has certain effect on primary pigmentary degeneration of retina.
