精神病人的集体心理护理探讨

GROUP PSYCHOLOGICAL NURSING IN PSYCHOTIC PATIENT

目的 :探讨集体心理护理对精神病人的言语、行为能力等方面的作用。方法 :运用健全病人队干及小红花病员评选等集体心理护理方法 ,采用《护士用住院病人观察量表》对 80例精神病人进行观察。结果 :研究组的总消极因素的减分及总积极因素、总分的增分均较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :奖励机制能规范矫正病人的行为。

OBJECTIVE:To explore effect of group psychological nursing on patient's verbal and behavior ability. METHOD:A psychotic patient management method which aimed to encourage patient to be star member or monitor in their team was developed.Verbal and behavior ability of 80 patients were evaluated according to Inpatient Rating Criteria.RESULTS:Deducted points of total negative factor and added points of total positive factors as well as total points were significantly different in experimental group than that in control group (P<0 01). CONCLUSION:Application of reinforcement method among psychotic patients can regularize patient's behavior and is benificial to recovery of disease.
