摘要
以西南铝熔铸工艺规程为蓝本,建立了铝及铝合金原料和废料的合金成分等11个数据库,借助计算机并运用元素比较法筛选废料,研制出能够计算不同品种、合金、状态下可添加废料的金属配料决策系统。
data bases have been builded on Aluminium and ITS Alloy with fusion process of south west Alumini- um fabrication plant. metal burden decision system has been researched with computer and element comparing method,which can count adding waste material on Alloy,states.
