摘要
利用工业V2 O5和铝粉通过还原反应制取w(V) =96%的粗钒。在真空感应炉中 ,真空度高于 1.3 3× 10 -2 Pa ,将电解镍与粗钒熔炼成Ni4 0 V60 合金 ,在 180 0~ 2 0 0 0℃精炼约 3 0min后于真空状态注入紫铜水冷锭模中 ,待合金锭在真空条件下凝固并冷却到 40 0℃以下时出炉 ,经过破碎即得到储氢材料的前驱体Ni
The rude V( w (V)=96%) was prepared by reduction reaction of industrial V 2O 3 with aluminum powder.Using electrolytic nickel and rude vanadium as raw material,Ni 40 V 60 alloy is melted and refined in vacuum induction furnace with vacuum rate 1.33×10 -2 Pa at 1 800~2 000 ℃,30 min holding time and poured in water cooled copper mald.The poured ingot solidified under vacuum condition and cooled below 400 ℃ is taken out.The broken Ni V master is used for hydrogen storage material.
