摘要
利用HBE 75 0型高低温硬度仪和H 80 0型TEM研究了SiCp/ZA2 7,Al2 O3 p/ZA2 7复合材料和ZA2 7合金的高温蠕变性能 ,结果表明 ;随着温度升高 ,材料的抗蠕变性能下降 ,在不同温度下 ,SiCp/ZA2 7和Al2 O3 p/ZA2 7复合材料的抗蠕变性能均明显高于ZA2
The high temperature creep resistance for SiC p/ZA27 composite, Al 2O 3p/ZA27 composite and ZA27 alloy were studied by means of HBE 750 high low temperature hardness tester and H 800 type TEM. The results show that the creep resistance of the material decreases with the increase of temperature. The creep resistance of SiC p/ZA27 and Al 2O 3p/ZA27 composites is much higher than that of ZA27 alloy at different temperatures.
