摘要
提出了消除Al 2 0 %Sn轴瓦合金宏观偏析的局部偏析思想 ,通过采用Al 2 0 %Sn半固态浆料进行常规铸造 ,实现了Sn的局部偏析 ,确定了Sn的偏析与半固态浆料固相率之间的关系 ,并且得到了消除Sn宏观偏析的技术条件。研究结果表明 ,随着Al 2 0 %Sn半固态浆料固相率增大 ,Sn的宏观偏析程度逐渐减小 ,并且当半固态浆料固相率大于 3 0 %时 。
Spot segregation idea for the macro segregation removal of Al 20Sn monotectic alloy was presented. The macro segregation of Sn has been substituted by the spot segregation using Al 20Sn semi solid mushy for conventional casting. The results showed that macro segregation degree decreased gradually while the full spot segregation appeared with the increase of solid fraction more than 30%.
