An assemble-welding CAPP system is developed for road roller. This system implements not only the management of effective assemble-welding process document, but also the planning of the process through the communication between the system and the technologists. Based on that, the system extends the function of the management of roles and versions,with support of net environment. Besides, the system integrates the CAD system and MRPII system, and transfers the information among CAD,CAPP and MRPII.
