焊接电流双变压器补偿法原理分析及在电阻缝焊中的应用

摘要 提出了在电阻缝焊中采用焊接电流双变压器补偿法的基本原理 ,通过理论分析确定了焊接电流的计算公式 ,找出了影响焊接电流稳定性的因素 ,并提出了提高焊接电流稳定性的措施 ,为采用焊接电流双变压器补偿法的电阻缝焊机设计提供了理论依据[1~ 3 ] 。 This paper puts forward the principle of double transformer welding current compensation method which is used in resistance seam weld, and defines the calculation formula of welding current through the theoretical analysis, then finds out the factors which have effect on the stability of welding current and exposes some measures to enhance the stability of welding current. All these offer a theoretical foundation for the design of resistance seam welding machines which adopt the double transformer compensation method.
