摘要
以 (C4 H9O) 4Ti为源物质 ,采用溶胶 凝胶法技术在中温区烧结获得了单相锐钛矿型纳米TiO2 。通过DTA、TG、DSC等热分析技术 ,分析了其相变进程。结果表明 ,在 12 0~ 30 0℃的空气中发生放热效应 ,而在N2 中为吸热效应 ;在 30 0℃~ 45 0℃为非晶态到锐钛矿的相变阶段 ,相变温度范围很宽。
Nanoscale anatase TiO 2 was prepared by sol gel technique using (C 4H 9O) 4Ti as source material and then sintered at medium temperatures.The phase transformation was studied by DTA、TG and DSC.It showed that the exothermic effect happened in air and endothermic effect happened in N 2 during 120~300℃ and phase transformation from amorphous to anatase took place at the range of 300~450℃.There was no obvious thermal effect on the crystal growth and anatase to rutile transformation. Key words:nanomaterial;anatase;crystallization;sol gelon equals 3 0 and liquid/solid was more than 8,concentrations of Zn , Ni and Pb in leachate solution rapidly increased,and reached to 180 mg/L,3 2mg/Land 0 532mg/L respectively until the end of the leaching study; COD Cr and oil are readily released in alkaline medium. The leachation of main pollutants generally follows following equation under great majority conditions: C t=C 0·t b.
