摘要 对SiCw/6A02复合材料进行了热挤压变形,通过扫描电镜和图象分析仪研究了热挤压变形对SiCw/6A02复合材料中晶须状态的影响.结果表明,热挤压导致SiCw/6A02复合材料中晶须的定向排列和折断.晶须定向排列程度和折断程度与热挤压变形期间金属流动程度一致. The hot-extrusions of SiCw/6A02 composites were carried out. The influence of hot-extrusions on states of whiskers in SiCw/6A02 composites was investigated by using SEM and LEICA MEF4M imager analyzer. The results indicate that the hot-extrusions resulted in a directional alignment and fracture of whiskers in the composite. The degree of directional alignment and fracture of whiskers in the composites is in agreement. with the degree of the metal flow during extrusion deformation.
