Based on laser treatment techniques such as laser surface remelting of hydroxyapitite(HA)or alloying layer on the metallic substrates(LSRM),laser melting on the surface of metals(LSM)and pulse laser deposition calcium phosphate coatings(PLD)are interviewed.The corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of the substrate surface can be significantly improved by these techniques.The techniques of fabricating bioactive surface based on laser treatment may be developed quickly in the nearly future.
