摘要 研究了电火花线切割加工工程陶瓷的表面完整性及其淬火强化处理。用抗弯强度来综合测量加工表面的缺陷 ,并通过威布尔统计方法进一步分析抗弯强度值的分布情况。 This paper attempts to study the surface integrity of WEDM engineering ceramics and their strengthening by quenching. Flexural strength will be used for evaluating the effect of the two processes on the machined specimens. The distribution of the flexural strength data will be further analyzed by the Weibull statistical method.
