采用低速走丝线切割方式来加工磁带盒专用弹簧垫片冲压模 ,可提高加工精度 ,改善制品质量 ,是生产高品质磁带盒专用弹簧垫片的有力保证。结合该冲压模的制造与生产 。

Adopting the slow speed WEDM system to manufacture punch mould of tape box's special spring cushion may improve machining precision and production quality, thus, it can prove high quality of tape box's special cushion. This paper discusses some technical problems combining the manufacture and produce of the punch mould.
