摘要
简要介绍汽车车体尺寸精度控制的方法 ,即“2mm工程”。它是对汽车车体上的关键点实施实时测量 ,利用数理统计的方法计算出这些变量的标准偏差 ,对偏差大的那些点立案进行案例研究 ,通过数据分析 ,结合工程上的知识 ,找出尺寸的波动原因 ,实施改进 ,再进行新一轮的测量以验证措施是否有效 ,如此周而复始。
This article presents the description of the method of maintain of precision dimensional tolerance on automobile bodies,i.e,the so called 2 mm engineering.With the help of real time measuring of the key points on the auto body,the standard error on these key points is calculated via numerical statistics.After studying the cases with the major key points and with data analysis and manufacturing experience,the fundamental reasons which cause the dimensional fluctuation are found and related improvement are setup.The method is put into experiment with a new round of measuring and analyzing to verify its effectiveness.That initiates a circle of engineering.
