摘要
研究了PCrNi3MoV辊套通过双液淬火后的冷热疲劳特性,发现加热温度在500～700℃范围内,具有较高的高温塑性,PCrNi3MoV辊套在450℃加热时,具有较高冷热疲劳寿命。
The fatigue property of PCrNi3MoV roll collar has been studied in conditions of hot - cold fatigue test. The result shows that the high - temperature plasticity is higher during 500 - 700 ℃ and longer cold - hot fatigue life at 450 ℃ than that at other temperatures.
