摘要
研究了钛含量对20CrMnTi钢的晶粒度、夹杂物数量、淬透性和强度的影响。结果表明:在用1kg/t铝终脱氧的情况下,钢中的碳、锰和铬含量控制在中、下限,钛含量应按国标GB5216-85中规定的下限或超下限(0.04%~0.03%)控制。
This paper deals with the influence of titanium content on grain size, tensile strength, hardenability and the amount of inclusions of 20CrMnTi steel. The result denotes that,when deoxidized by 1 kg/t aluminum,the contents of carbon, manganese and chromium in steel are controlled to middle or lower limit, the titanium content of 20CrMnTi steel is controlled to 0.04-0.03 percent.
