摘要
在受强烈冲击的凿削磨损工况下 ,使用高锰钢材料已一百多年 ,虽然具有许多优越性 ,但也存在材料使用前易产生热裂 ,使用过程中会出现脆断、崩裂及使用寿命短等缺点。实践证明 ,用适量的稀土对高锰钢进行变质处理 ,可以明显减少热裂倾向 ,全面改善材料综合性能 ,提高零件使用寿命。结合材料变质前后的性能变化 。
Under the conditions withstood violent impact and chisel cutting wear,high manganese steel as a material has been used over 100 years.It was known as a good property,while the man was puzzled owing to brittle fracture,breakdown and short service life.Adding comfortable content RE for modification to high manganese steel,the practice shows that obviously decreasing heat crack and enhancing its comprehensive properties and prolonging the parts service life.The paper discusses the material modification function and mechanism with its properties change.
