摘要
论述了尿囊素的性质及应用 ,研究了利用乙醛酸直接合成尿囊素的工艺条件。实验表明 :尿囊素的产率 68.6% ,纯度为 99.6% 。
This artical discusses the properties and application of allantoin.The process conditions of synthesizing allantoin have been studied with one step method.The results indicate that the productivity ratio is 68.6% and the purity is up to 99.6%, which is over the standard of Chinese medical specification.
