研究了熔体过热、加冷料搅拌及冷却速度对 2 6 18合金中Al9FeNi相形态的影响。结果表明 ,与 2 6 18合金熔体 72 0℃正常熔炼浇注相比 ,熔体 96 0℃过热处理可得到更加细小均匀的针片状Al9FeNi相 ,特别是880℃过热加纯铝锭冷料搅拌处理可得到长度约 4μm的细小颗粒状Al9FeNi相 ,而合金熔体在 72
The effects of melt over heating, melt stirring after adding cold metal as well as cooling rate of liquid metal on the morphology of Al 9FeNi phase in 2618 alloy have been investigated.The results show that melt over heating treatment at 960 ℃ leads to finer and better distributed needle like Al 9FeNi phase comparing with normal casting process at 720 ℃; the grain size of Al 9FeNi phase is about 4 μm in length, which could be obtained by over heating the liquid 2618 alloy at 880 ℃ and melt stirring after adding cold aluminum block; and small solidification rate after over heating at 720 ℃ leads to the formation of primary Al 9FeNi phase.
