研究了制造高铬铸铁 碳钢双金属复合排渣器的材料与工艺。结果表明 ,采用消失模铸造可获得良好的复合效果 ;用消失模铸造生产复合排渣器简化了制造工艺 ,降低了生产成本 ,提高了使用寿命 ;

The material and technology of manufacture of screw slag removre of double metal high Cr castiron and carbon steel have been investigated.It has been shown that use of EPC has resulted in good compouding effect with simplification of manufacture,reduction of cost,lengthening of service life.Excellent brasion resistance of as cast martensite high Cr iron has been proven under the conditions of low stress and abrasion wear.
