摘要
采用普通机械搅拌熔铸法和逆向熔铸法 (先熔中间合金后加基体材料 )对原位反应合成法 (XD法 )制备TiC/2 618复合材料的熔铸工艺进行了研究。对熔铸后的铸态组织进行了X射线衍射、扫描电镜和光镜金相分析。结果表明 :逆向熔铸法可增加中间合金的溶解度 ,有效减少熔铸过程中TiC粒子的损失 ,得到较为理想的复合材料 ;TiC粒子的加入可以明显细化树枝晶组织 。
With the general melting cast and the reverse melting cast (first melting the master alloy and then adding the matrix materials), the mainly study has been done on the technical process of melt and cast of TiC/2618 composite prepared by the XD method in this paper. And with the X ray technique, SEM and metallograph experiment, the microstructure in the casting state has also been analyzed. Results show that the reverse melting cast can increase the solubility of the master alloy, reduce the loss of TiC in the melting cast process effectively and get the ideal composite. The microstructure of dendrite can be fined and balled with adding TiC particles.
