世界果品产业发展现状与我国对策浅析

A Elementary Analyses on the International Industrial Development of Fruit and Chinese Strategy

对1994年世界51个国家果品生产、贸易及其经济、贸易、人口等因素进行了对比分析，结果表明：①果品产量主要受国土面积、人口两因素的控制。②水果进出口贸易量主要受本国进出口贸易总额的控制，并受国内生产总值、人均国内生产总值和果品总产量的影响。③人均果品消费量则主要依赖于人均果品生产量的大小，并受到人均国内生产总值的影响。对中国果品产业存在的主要问题，如果品市场相对狭小、发展结构不太合理、果品质量相对太差、果品深加工能力有限等进行了探讨，并提出调整结构、统筹规划、统一安排、促进果品产业持续发展的战略对策。

The cmparsion and correlative analyses of fruit product and trade, their populations, econmics and trade of 51 countries in 1994 were made in this paper. Results of comparsion indicated that: ① the product of fruit was dominated by its own country's area and population ② the import and export trade was correative to the total trade and under the influence of total ouput value, the average of total output value and total product of fruit and, ③ the amount of per consumer mainly depended on the product per coumer, and was influenced by average output amount. Based on these analyses, the major problems about fruit in China such as unreasonable structure, low quality, small market, limited processing and so on were discussed and the strategic development countermeasures such as adjusting structure, overall and unified panning, were put forward.
