摘要
用大麦黄矮病毒（ＢＹＤＶ）的混合毒原及分离的４种株系，分别在温室和田间接种不同玉米品种幼苗。结果表明：ＢＹＤＶ的ＲＰＶ（缢管蚜株系）和ＲＭＶ（缢管长管蚜株系）侵染玉米幼苗，其症状以细条点症为主，很少产生红叶症。在温室内潜育期为２９～３４ｄ，田间潜育期较短，为１７～２１ｄ。ＢＹＤＶ侵染玉米可造成轻度矮化，且不同玉米品种苗期对ＢＹＤＶ的抗性也存在差异。
The Seedling of maize Varieties were inoculated with mix toxogen of BYDV or SGV、
RPV、MAV (three strains of BYDV) in the green house and the experimental field. The results
showed that: Maize Seedlings might be infected by RPV and RMV tow strains of BYDV. The
major symptoms were slight stripe points on the maize leaf, with few Red leaf symptoms.
Under the green house conditions, their latent period was 29 or 34 days and was longer than
that (17 or 21 days) in the field. The seedlings infected by BYDV, win suffer a light degree
dwarfing, and the resistance of maize varieties to BYDV are different in the seedling stage.
