摘要
对 1 0个品种组合 79头猪的生长发育性状和肉质性状进行相关分析 ,以了解各性状的相关性。结果为 :活体背膘与水分、肌内脂肪、肉色、瘦肉率、眼肌面积的相关系数分别为 - 0 33、0 4 1、0 2 4、- 0 6 0、- 0 4 4;眼肌面积与水分、肌内脂肪分别为 0 39、- 0 33;结束日龄与水分、肉色的相关系数分别为 - 0 35、0 37。说明选择适宜的背膘、眼肌面积和饲养日龄 ,有可能得到较好的瘦肉率和肌内脂肪含量。能否解决两性状之间呈负相关的矛盾 。
In order to learn correction relationship between the growth and meat quality characters,an experiment of 79 pigs from 10 breeds/combinations were conducted.The results showed that correction coefficients between back fat alive and meat water content,in muscle fat,color,loin eye area were-0.33,0.41,0.24,-0.60,-0.44,and coefficients between the feeding days and water content,in muscle fat were 0.39,-0.33,coefficients between feeding days and water content,color were -0.35,0.37,respectively.This indicates that by selecting back-fat,lion-eye area and feeding days adequately,pork with better lean meat and in muscle fat could be achieved. Whether the negative correlation between the two traits could be solved ,however,still need to discuss further.
