维生素D是家禽需要的重要维生素之一。本文阐述了家禽维生素D的来源、新陈代谢和生物学功能、影响家禽维生素D需要量的因素以及维生素D的缺乏或过量对家禽生长发育和生产性能的影响 。

Vitamin D is one of the most imperative vitamins in poultry.In present paper,a detail elaboration of vitamin D in poultry was made on its sources,metabolism and biofunction,as well as the factors influencing its requirement,the effects of its deficiency and excess on growth,development and production performance in bird.It provided a reference for further investigations on this field.
