摘要
由于纳米技术的重要性和广泛性,在研究发展(R/D)方面有仔细的规划。重点应为纳米材料、纳米电子学和纳米医学三个方面,而切入点应具备创新性、先进性和具有实用背景等几个条件。此外还需要人才培养和加工测试作为全局的配套措施。在总体上则必须注意到它的长期性和风险性。
Since the nanotechnology has its great importance and extensive appliations,an implementation plan for R/D of it should be carefully made.Its key items are nanometer-scale materials,nano electronics and nanodoc,and their breakthrough needs some special conditions,i,e.,novel,advance and applicable background.Be sides,the training of qualified personnel and manufacturing/tesing instrumentation are also needed as complementary means.As a whole,attention should be paid to its characteristics of long-term and high risk.
