新型聚醚与有机硅多丙烯酸酯的感光性及其光固化材料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要研究了合成的新型聚醚丙烯酸酯 ANE和有机硅丙烯酸酯 ANS的感光性、活性烯释剂 HEA用量对 ANS、 ANE的感光性能及 ANS、 ANE光固化材料物理机械性能的影响。经感光特性曲线的研究,发现 ANS、 ANE都具有很高的感光性, ANS体系的感度是 15.50mj/cm2, ANE体系的感光度是 6.94mj/cm2,其紫外响应峰分别在 334nm和 334.4nm处。活性稀释剂 HEA可以调节光固化材料综合性能,它的加入提高了 ANS、 ANE光固化材料的透光率、硬度及耐温性;其透光率均在 95%以上,硬度都高于 HB,玻璃化转变温度为 204℃和 198℃。 The photosensitiviy of novel synthiesized polyether acrylate ANE and Si- containing ANS were studied in this paper.The photosensitiviy and physicomechanical properties of their cured products,including transparency,water absorption,hardness and Tg were investigated in terms of the quantity of reactive diluent hydroxyethylacrylate(HEA).It was shown that ANS and ANE have considerable photosensitivity 15.50mj/cm2,6.94mj/cm2 respectively.UVspectra of ANS snd ANE have shown an absorption ofλ max at 334nm、 334.4nm respectively.The role of reactive diluent HEA is to adjust the properies of the cured products,to improve the transparency,hardness and heat resistance of the cured films.The transparency of ANS and ANE cured films are over 95% .Their hardness are both above HB.Their Tg are 204℃, 198℃ respectively.
