影响双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜质量的原因探讨 被引量:1

摘要 利用DSC-2C型差示扫描量热仪和Siemens diffricⅡx-射线衍射仪,及有关的化学分析方法,对质量合格的、不合格的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)以及生产薄膜所用各种聚丙烯粒料进行了测试。发现影响质量的原因是:结晶度高、等规度高、取向度差、熔点高。针对上述原因和生产的实际情况提出了技改建议。生产证明,建议有实效,为BOPP薄膜生产装置重新开车成功提供了可靠的依据。 The standard and off-spec biaxial oriented polypropylene film, as well as spherical PP pellets of various grades used are tested with differential scanning calorimeter and x-ray diffractometer. It was found that higher crystallinity, higher stereo isotactictity, lower orientation and higher melting point were the factors influential to qualities of the films. Suggestions on improving product quality were made accordingly and proved to be effective by actual production.
