摘要
研究了磷酸三钙—SMA钠盐复合分散剂在制备可发性PS(即可供浸渍发泡的PS)中的分散与稳定作用。摸索不同种类的磷酸三钙其粒径、用量等对可发性PS粒径及其分布的影响。对助分散剂SMA钠盐的用量范围也进行探索。试验结果表明,采用磷酸三钙—SMA钠盐复合分散剂制备可发性PS,不仅能改善粘釜壁现象,且能得到粒度分布较窄的可发性PS,6~26目可达90%以上。
The dispersing and stabilizing effects of tricalcium phosphate(TCP)-styrene-Na salt of maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA) compound dispersing agent in the preparation of expandable polystyrene(EPS) were studied. The influences of various kinds, particle size, and amounts of TCP on the particle size and particle size distribution of EPS had been investigated, and those of amount of SMA Na salt also examined. The experimental results show that the sticking of EPS to the reactor wall can be lessened. Meanwhile, the EPS obtained has a narrower particle size distribution, the fraction of 6~26 mesh being over 90 per cent.
