国际标准化组织(ISO)规定了甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物模塑和挤出材料的稀溶液粘数的测定。它适用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯的均聚物、共聚物以及含有低至80%MMA和高至20%其它单体的两者共混物。经验证明,为了获得准确的结果,动能改正是必要的。为此,已知运动粘度的4种校准液体用于粘数测定。
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has specified the determination of the viscosity number in dilute solution of methyl methacrylate(MMA) polymer for moulding and extrusion. It applies to MMA homopolymers and copolymers and mixtures of the two with a minimum of 80% of MMA and up to 20% of other monomers.Experience has shown that kinetic energy correction is necessary in order to obtain accurate results. It is therefore necessary to determine the viscosity number by means of four calibrating liquids whose kinematic viscosities are known.
