摘要
在外极管式电容偶合辉光放电装置中,进行了聚乙烯的四氟化碳(CF_4)等离子体表面氟化。发现等离子体氟化条件(功率、压力、反应时间)对聚乙烯表面结构有很大影响。用X光电子能谱(XPS)和接触角测定分析氟化后的聚乙烯表面结构.结果表明处理后的聚乙烯最表层被完全氟化。
Surface fluorination of polyethylene with CF_4 plasma was carried out in a capacitivelycoupled tubular reactor with external electrodes. It was found that plasma fluorination conditions, such as power, monomer pressure, and duration of reaction had effects on the polyethylene membrane. The treated surface was analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and contact angle measurements. The results indicated that the outmost surface of the treated polyethylene had been almost completely fluorinated.
