B(?)HLER-MIAG干燥系统风源的改造

The Reform of Air Supply of Buhler-Miag Drying System

摘要 针对B-M公司干燥设备采用自然风源在生产过程中所出现的问题,通过对干燥风源的讨论和3种改造方案的比较,筛选出用后纺空调富裕的风量作为干燥风源,并综合考虑了风管设计的若干问题。经生产考察表明:切片干燥质量明显上升,工作稳定可靠,能够合理发挥空气干燥设备的功能,延长使用寿命,具有经济、适用和节能的优点。 Through a discussion on the air supply of B-M company's drying system and a comparison of three reform plans in view of those problems which exsisted in the production when using the na-tural air, the spare air supply in conditioning of post-spinning workshop is selected as the most suitable dry air source and some problems in the air-pipe designing is considered. The result of examination in the practice shows an improved drying quality, reliable and stable operation, resonan ble play of the drying device and long duration time with the advantages of economic, applicable and energy saving.
