摘要
介绍了在不同变形温度和变形速率条件下 ,对 DF4内燃机车柴油机活塞的 L D11铝裙毛坯所做的热力学试验及其等温锻造工艺。通过对σ-ε曲线的分析和对应变速率敏感指数 m值的测算 ,得出了材料的超塑性参数。
This technical paper describes the thermodynamic tests made under different deformation temperatures and deformation rates on LD11 aluminum skirt roughs of pistons for DF 4 diesel locomotive engine and the isothermal forging process of the alloy. The superplasticity parameters for the materials are obtained by analysis of σ ε curve and calculating the sensibility index ( m value) of strain rate.
