摘要
本工作在制备磷系共聚/共混型聚酯的基础上,对磷系阻燃聚酯纤维进行了纺丝试验研究,并通过大角X衍射、声速和动态力学测试等手段对含磷阻燃PET纤维的结构性能进行了探讨。试验表明,含磷阻燃PET纤维的强度能达到2.8~3.0cN/dtex,LOI值达到32.5~34,但相应的结晶度和取向度低于常规PET纤维。
In this paper, the spinning and processing of phosphorus-containing flame-retardant PET fibers have been studied, on the basis of preparation of phosphorus-containing copolymer/blend-type PET resin. The structure and properties of phosphorus-containing flame-retardant PET fibers have also been investigated by means of WAXD, sonic method and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results of experiment indicate that the tenacity of phosporus-containing flame-retardtnt PET fibers can reach up to 2.8-3.0 CN/dtex, with L. O. I. value as high as 32.5-34, but the crystallinity and orientation are lower than conventional PET fibers.
