摘要
通过对列车提速中DF4型机车轮缘磨耗、非正常换轮的数据统计和分析,找出了因提速而导致轮缘磨耗加剧的原因。并针对即将到来的第三次提速就缓解轮缘磨耗、减少非正常换轮、提高机车质量,尤其是走行部质量提出了对策。
By analyzing some statistical data about the flange abrasion of some increasing- speed DF4 type locomotives, this paper introduced the reason why the flange abrasion increased as the locomotive speed increased and put forward some prevention measures to slow the flange abrasion to low the number of abnomal wheel replacing.
