摘要
本文研究了锦丙皮芯复合纤维的加工工艺,解决了两种聚合物热性能和粘度差异及锦丙皮芯破裂给纺丝带来的技术难题。对纺丝、拉伸、热定型工艺取得了一系列数据,同时又分析了纤维的结构特性,所得结果对制取锦丙皮芯复合纤维具有理论指导意义。
Processing technology of PA/PP core-sheath composite fiber is studied and the difficult problems which caused by the difference in thermal behavior and viscosity and the core-sheath breakdown of the two polymers are solved. A series of technological data in spinning, drawing and heat setting are obtained and the fiber produced has been analysed in terms of structural properties, the result has guide meanings for producing PA/PP core-sheath composite fibers.
