摘要
本文讨论了由聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯与聚乙二醇熔融缩聚合成PBT-PEG嵌段共聚酯的新方法。用DSC、WAXD、SAXS、动态力学和热重分析的方法对共聚酯纤维的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明,PEG链段的引入使极易结晶的PBT链段结晶温度降低,结晶速率加快;当聚醚含量相同时,PBT与PEG链段间相容性较PET与PEG链段间相容性好。
The structure and property of polybutylene terephtha late (PBT) -polyethylene glycol(PEG) block copolymer fiber synthesed from polyesters and polyethers have been studied by DSC, WAXD, SAXS as well as dynamic mechenical and thermo-gravimetric methods. The crystallization temperature of PBT/PEG block copolymer is lower than PBT homopolymer but the crystallization rate is faster under the same PEG content, the compatibility between PBT and PEG segments is better than that of between segments of PET and PEG,
