摘要
针对设计和制造两个环节,对大型船用直流电机故障模式作了比较系统的分析,着重介绍了针对不同故障模式所采取的措施,具有很强的实际操作性,为今后开展该电机的可靠性设计和分析工作具有直接参考价值和促进作用。
this paper analyses the failure mode for large-scale marine DC motor in a relatively systematic and comprehensive way aimming at two links of design and manufacture. The countermeasures aimming at different failure modes are introduced emphatically. Therefore, it provides with practical method of operation, direct effect for reference and promoting in order to develop the design and analysis of reliability activity for the motor in the days to come.
