摘要
本文主要论述了丙纶长丝油剂国内外的生产概况、特征要求、单体选择和配方设计。在单体选择时,认为采用两种平滑剂进行性能互补;复合乳化剂的综合效果对于丙纶长丝油剂都是有益的。在配方设计上,认为油剂的摩擦系数与粘度的调节、H.L.B值的平衡、膨润性的控制三个部分是关键。文章还简介了油剂的物性测试方法、初评和油剂的上油试验。
Domestic and overseas production situation of PP filament finishes as well as their features of requirments, choice of components and composition design are described, it is considered that mutual compensation in properties of two smoothing agents and the overall effect of composite emulsify ing agents are benefical to the PP filament finishes. With regards to the prescription of finishes the adjustment of friction coefficient and viscosity, balancing of HLB value and control of swelling are the key points. The Properties analysis, preliminary evaluation and the finishing test of finishes are also briefly introduced.
