聚酯—聚醚系列嵌段共聚物动态力学性质的研究 被引量:9

A STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF POLYESTER/POLYETHER SERIES BLOCK COPOLYMER

摘要 本文研究了聚酯-聚醚(PET-PEG)系列嵌段共聚物的动态力学性质及其组成与特性粘度的关系,并对分子链中软、硬段序列长度进行了估算。研究表明,PETPEG系列嵌段共聚物存在两个分别对应于硬、软段的玻璃化转变温度Tg_((H))、Tg_((S)),其模量及Tg皆比PET的低,并随PEG含量的增大而下降,随PEG分子量的增大而提高。动态力学的实验结果与理论估算相吻合。本研究为制备该共聚物弹性纤维而选择合适的组分提供了理论依据。 In this paper the dynamic mechanical properties of the polyester/poly ether (PET/PEG) series block copolymer and the relation between its composition and inherent viscocity are studied, Meanwhile, the sequence lengths of soft and hard segments are calculated. The results show that PET-PEG series block copolymer had two glass transition temperatures Tg(s) and Tg(H) which respectively corresponded to soft and hard segments. The modulus and Tg of the copolymer are lower than those of PET and decreased along with the increase of PEG content in the copolymer and increased along with the increase of PEG in the copolymer and increased along with the increase of PEG molecular weight. The results of dynamic mechanical experiment correspond with those of the theoretic calculation. This paper provides theoretic basis in order to select the proper composition for manufac tuning the copolymer elastic fiber.
