影响黑色丝颜色的因素研究

ON THE FACTORS OF CHROMATIC CHARACTERISTICS CHANGE OF BLACK YARN

用电脑配色仪,研究了各种黑色丝的色性。其结果表明:影响黑色丝颜色最主要是色丝色含量,色含量高,黑度高,红光减少比蓝光多,纺丝、拉伸、定型等工艺条件对黑色丝的颜色也有明显的影响,拉伸倍数在4.5左右,色丝的光谱反射率曲线出现拐点。

In this paper the chromaticity of a variety of black yarn is studied by means of Macbeth chro-mometer. The results show that the main factor which affecting chromaticity of black yarn is the amount of the pigment in it. The blackness is increasing with the pigment content while the red shade is decreasing more than the blue shade. The technological condition of spinning, drawing and heating has also evident effects on the chromaticity which shows a knee point at the position of draw ratio of 4.5 in the reflectance spectrometric curve.
