摘要
本文介绍了引进美国塞拉尼斯公司早期的二手高速纺丝机设备的技术改造:即将整套间歇式干燥装置改用国产先进的K.F切片连续充填干燥装置;螺杆温控改用国产自行设计智能式仪表进行温控;上油传动系统采用晶体管小变频调速来控制输送泵速调正上油率;计量泵传动改用日本富士产FVR-P55型晶体管小变频器;而摩擦辊及往复槽筒传动改用日本Sanken产SVF系列晶体管小变频器及自配联苯锅炉等技术改造。经此改造后,干燥切片含水率较稳定,所纺的POY达到先进技术水平,生产效果较好,而且比改造前耗电省,操作方便。但由于该设备主机本身属早期产品,尚存在缺点,对POY长片段条干不匀将带来不利因素。
The reform of an imported secondhand high speed spinning machine from Celanese Co. is describe ed which include the replacement of some old systems by advanced ones such as contineous chip drying intellectual instruments temperature control of screw extruder, small transistorized frequency conveyer for the speed control of metering pump and finishes feed pump as well as the drive of friction roller and traverse grooved drum. The moisture regain of dried chips after reform is much stable with better quality of POY products in addition to the electric energy saving and easier operating.
