摘要
本文介绍一种与高阻红外探测器相匹配的积分放大器,用来读出探测器的输出信号。它可以在77K的液氮温度下工怍,读出噪声低,性能良好,结构简单,宜于集成化,是解决红外阵列器件读出电路集成化的较理想的选择。
An integrating amplifier working together with the infrared detectors with high impedance, for example InSb (pv) , will be here introduced. It can be used as a preamplifier working at 77K liquid nitrogen temperature and can be mounted in cryostat near the infrared detectors,Its technique performance, for example read-out noise, noise equivalent power(NEP), and so on, is satisfactory.The one of the most important highlight of the integrating amplifier is easy to integrate.It seems to be an ideal solution for developing the read-out electronics of the infrared array detec tors.
