摘要
本文根据n端对网络理论分析了阻抗定义,指出影响高阻标准性能的主要误差源是高阻元件封装绝缘的管表面电阻,同时,提出了排除其影响的元件——多端高值电阻器。这不但解决了高阻标准和高阻测量受环境相对湿度影响这一长期存在的问题,而且还在一定程度上减小了高值电阻器的电压系数。
According to the n-port network theory,this paper discusses the definition of impedance and points out that the surface resistance of the isolated envelope of resistor is a primary error source of a standard high-valued resistor.A method to eliminate this error has been proposed.It will not only remove the effect of the environment humidity but also reduce notably the voltage coefficient of the resistor.The ideal construction for a standard multi-terminal high-valued resistor is also described.
