摘要
作者从长丝交络加工的作用、交络器的分类,交络结形成的机理及其影响因素等几个方面对交络加工进行了阐述。认为长丝的交络与纺丝工艺条件、丝本身的特性、交络器的结构形状及尺寸有密切的关系。要获得优良的交络丝,必须综合考虑上述因素。
An illustration is made on the interlacing process of filaments in respects of the mechanism, types, jets, effects and the influencing factors, It is considered that there is a close relation between the interlacing quality and the nature or spinning condition of the filaments as well as the structure of interlacing jets, those factors must be considered in order to obtain interlacing yarn with better quality.
