摘要
对大型环吹风喷丝头的结构、设计原理及运行参数进行了讨论。测定并计算了不同纤度条件下喷丝板面孔分布密度、喷孔流速,喷孔切变速率、纺丝拉伸倍数、吹风口风量与风速分布、冷却效率与热平衡等。并与矩形喷丝板横向吹风冷却进行了对比。提出了优缺点及合理使用该装置的方向。
The structure, design principle and operating parameter of large scale circularquenching spinning head are discussed. The density of orifice distribution on spinne-rets, air flow speed in quenching gap, shear rate in spinneret orifice, draw ratio during spinning. quantity and speed distribution of air in quenching gap, efficiencyof cooling and heat balance for different titers are tested and calculated. Comparisonwith lateral quenching of rectangular spinning head is made and the advantage anddisadvantage as well as rational application of the quenching system are put forward.
